Lifestyle Resorts Eagleby, a winning location

Lifestyle Resorts Eagleby is ideally situated in an investment hotspot with more than $2 billion worth of development planned or underway in the region according to recent reports.

The far northern Gold Coast suburb of Eagleby is strategically located in the heart of one of Australia’s fastest growing regions between Brisbane and the Gold Coast with the value of projects almost doubling in the last year in the region which encompasses suburbs such as Beenleigh.

The reports suggest that a majority of this multi-billion dollar activity is made up of commercial projects such as the recent announcement of plans to build a $90 million retail complex at Eagleby to be called The OC@Exit 35.

The project, expected to open this year, will be located at Distillery Road and will include a food court, kiosks and more than 800 car spaces.

The reports also discovered there was more than $410 million worth of residential projects either planned or underway in the area with one of the more recent additions being Lifestyle Resorts’ $40 million Eagleby over 50s community which opened last year.

Lifestyle Resorts managing director Bob Morrison says Eagleby’s proximity to public amenity makes it an exciting prospect for future investment especially for over 50s resorts which are in high demand in the high growth corridor between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

“Eagleby’s central location has proved popular with buyers because they can easily access both Brisbane and the Gold Coast for shopping, dining and a host of other lifestyle activities,” he said.

“The billions of dollars worth of infrastructure either planned or underway will only add to existing public amenity including the M1, shopping centres, medical facilities and hospitals and will create optimum investment conditions.

“When you factor in that Australia’s population is ageing faster than ever before and the limited opportunity to purchase quality over 50s living options in the region, buyers can expect significant returns in future years as demand surges.”

Mr Morrison says the opportunity for capital growth coupled with Lifestyle Resorts’ unique model which enables buyers to free up equity and enhance their lifestyles is proving irresistible in the over 50s market.

“In today’s market climate there are limited opportunities for buyers can sell their home and enhance lifestyle options whilst simultaneously freeing up equity. Our unique model enables people to do this,” he said.

Prices for home sites located in prime position’s within Lifestyle Resorts Eagleby start from $259,000 with some homes ready to occupy right now.

Lifestyle Resorts has achieved more than $74 million in sales and significant capital growth across its resorts located at Yamba in northern NSW, Coomera and Eagleby on the Gold Coast, and Rockhampton and Bargara in central Queensland.

Lifestyle Resorts presents a unique structure with no exit or deferred management fees payable on sale of the property, enabling home owners to retain 100 per cent of capital growth and full control over their future.

The centerpiece of the Eagleby resort is the residents clubhouse which features a broad range of features to suit all interests including large dining areas, bar, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ area, tropical lagoon style pool, bowling green, cinema, gymnasium, library and games area.
